About · Steve Darius NDE NOUMI
Cloud, DevOps & AI Platform Engineer, today DevOps & MLOps Engineer at GE HealthCare. I frame the need with the people who have it, build the platform, and stay until it runs.

I grew up in Bafoussam, Cameroon. During an internship at the national broadcaster, I watched power cuts, network failures and slow connections hold back teams who were doing their best. That is where I learned what I still care about most: technology only matters if it keeps running.
I came to France in 2022 to become an engineer, after preparatory classes where I ranked 3rd of 59. I studied at ESEO as an apprentice, and led our final-year platform, elected best project of the 2025 class.
For two years at Alfa-Safety, I designed cloud architectures on Azure, AWS and OVHcloud for multinational and mid-sized clients, under ISO 27001. They cut infrastructure costs by 5 to 40% while keeping a 99.9% SLA. I also led the company’s security monitoring project, a SIEM handling up to 2 TB of logs a week, and trained client teams to run their platforms on their own.
Today, at GE HealthCare, I build the platforms that train and serve medical AI. I started my team’s MLOps projects, including a GPU platform the research teams adopted, and an agentic AI platform for engineering teams whose success led to a dedicated team. I also led my team’s hypervisor migration, a method other teams have since reused.
After hours, I ship my own products, like LivOpty, an app my household uses every day. I was the technical partner of a 36-hour medical AI hackathon for 150 participants, rated 4.7 out of 5. And as an ambassador for international students, I have coached 150 people, 65% of whom found a position.
I work in three steps: design, build, run. I frame the need with the people who have it, build everything as code, and stay until it runs. I judge a platform by how many people use it, not by the day it went live.
